My career spans over 15 years across the technology and energy sectors, during which I’ve held significant roles at Meta and various innovative startups and scaleups.

I founded Nelly Works out of a deep-seated passion for diversity. As a working mum, a foreigner, and a woman in the tech industry, I don’t just talk about diversity; I live it every single day.
